Welcoming Claire Baigrie: Our New Partnership & Marketing Director

Claire headshotWe’re excited to welcome Claire Baigrie, who recently joined Avidity as our new Partnership & Marketing Director. With a passion for brands, a commercial mindset, and a strong focus on culture, Claire is already making her mark within the business.

Claire’s Journey to Avidity

Claire’s background is firmly rooted in the world of FMCG brands, particularly within the drinks industry — covering everything from soft drinks to alcohol. Having spent most of her career in sales and commercial roles, with a brief stint in supply chain, Claire has a deep understanding of how brands operate and what they need to grow.

“Commercials is really where my heart lies,” Claire explains. “From a brand’s point of view, there’s so much we don’t always understand about what an agency can provide for us. We can’t do it all ourselves. Having a partner like Avidity and the agencies within it is something that can really help grow brands.”

Why Avidity?

For Claire, people and culture are at the heart of any great business — and that’s exactly what drew her to Avidity.

“From the first time I met people at Avidity, that strength in culture came through straight away. It’s really important to me, and it was clear that Avidity had that,” she says.

Since joining, Claire already feels at home:

“It’s only been a short time, but I actually feel like I’ve been here for longer — which I think is a really positive sign. It’s a great business, there’s lots to do, and I’m excited to share more about all the wonderful agencies that sit underneath Avidity.”

Looking Ahead

Claire brings a fresh perspective to Avidity, helping to bridge the understanding between brands and the full scope of what field marketing, experiential, and data-driven strategies can achieve. She’s passionate about showing brands the bigger picture beyond traditional field sales — embracing new channels, data insights, and experiential activations to drive growth.

A Little About Claire Outside of Work

When she’s not busy driving brand growth, Claire enjoys spending time with her family. She’s married, a proud mum of two children, and a dog owner. A long-suffering Hearts FC fan, she holds a season ticket and regularly attends matches with her son. In her spare time, she’s also a keen runner and a big fan of Formula 1.
