Avidity is delighted to announce Louisa Monger as Head of Partnership Development in the new appointment for the Group.
Louisa's role focuses on working with brands to help them build the right mix of tools and resources to deliver their execution strategy and sell more of their brands in-outlet. Within the role, Louisa will also help set the strategy and unlock growth for Field Marketing services across Avidity Group.
Louisa has a substantial background in field marketing, spanning 22 years. She has spent her career at Acosta Europe (Reach) working with reputable FMCG brands such as Nestlé, Premier Foods, and Unilever. Part of her previous role was building new and existing partnerships with clients and leading large teams of people.
Commenting on her new appointment Louisa said, “I am absolutely delighted to be starting a career with Avidity at such an exciting time of rapid growth.
